Style and Safety:  Our sessions are designed to be fast-paced, interactive, informative, relevant, results-oriented, and fun. We help create an inclusive and psychologically safety environment.   


Approaches: A variety of modes are used, including presentation, experiential activities, group discussions, role playing, case studies, scenario planning, videos, and assessment instruments.

and assessment instrument. 


Strength Finder: We utilize the popular Strength Finder, #1 Wall Street Journal . It features the Strengths-Finder 2.0 assessment that includes a Strengths Insight Report & Action-Planning Guide.
